Jack Russell Terriers
We were located in Dover, Florida for seven years where we enjoyed our 18 partially wooded acres. We had an abundance of wildlife we enjoyed having around us, not to hunt, but to observe and share our land with In our own woods we are just as happy watching the fox, raccoon and opossum go about their business as we are when out in the field watching our terriers hunt them. As the farms and fields close to us started to give way to subdivisions it became obvious that the time had come to relocate. .
Our dream to find a piece of property that would give us enough room for our houses and kennels, a lot of space to roam around in with plenty of small animals and birds finally came true in December 2007 when we moved to 28 acres in Albertville, Alabama. We don't have the woods we had in Florida, but trees can be planted.
Please use the Navigation Buttons to browse the rest of our website. You will find more information about
us and our terriers as well as what to expect when buying a puppy, adult terrier or using our stud service.
At Lone Pine we strive to breed high quality Jack Russell Terriers with good structure, excellent temperaments and working ability. We try to keep the hunting instinct alive by breeding primarily to proven workers. We breed only a limited number of litters each year which are planned well in advance. Reservations are recommended
We are members of the Jack Russell Terrier Club Of America, JRTCA and our kennel and adult terriers are registered with the Club. We also belong to the Sunshine State Jack Russell Terrier Club which hosts two terrier trials and several fundays a year. In addition to attending our local trials we make several trips a year to trials out of state to meet with old friends and make new ones and at the same time have a chance to see the upcoming new terriers.
